Who processes the data
Think Visible processes personal data received through this website to manage institutional contact, protect the service and understand how pages are used. Questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
Data submitted through contact
The form may receive your name, email, organisation, professional profile, preferred reply channel, phone number, city, state and message. For public education networks, it may also receive the network name and approximate number of schools. Campaign parameters in the page address may accompany the submission.
We use this information to answer your request, contact you through your chosen channel, route the conversation to the right person and retain the history needed for service. We do not request names, images, documents or any other data about children.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses server-side validation, request-forgery protection, limits on repeated submissions and Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate interactions from automated abuse. The IP address and technical signals may be processed temporarily by Think Visible and Cloudflare for this purpose and are not included in the contact record saved by the application.
Records remain in restricted-access infrastructure only for as long as needed to provide service, retain the relationship history and comply with obligations or exercise rights. Backups follow their own protection and disposal routine.
Email contact
We contact you when you request a conversation or start an enquiry. Internal form delivery and email replies use KingHost SMTP infrastructure.
In this process, KingHost may process sender and recipient addresses, message content and technical data required for delivery.
Measurement with Microsoft Clarity
When measurement is enabled with your permission, we may use Microsoft Clarity to understand page views, navigation and interactions with the interface. This may include browser and device technical information, usage events and pseudonymous identifiers.
Content entered in form fields should not be sent to the measurement tool. You may refuse or withdraw permission at any time through “Cookie preferences”.
Providers and transfers
We may rely on hosting, security and content-delivery providers to operate the website, as well as Cloudflare for form protection, Microsoft Clarity for authorised measurement and KingHost for email delivery. If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to that service’s terms and practices.
These providers process only the data needed for their functions. Some may operate outside Brazil; where this occurs, we use applicable contractual mechanisms and safeguards for international data transfers. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, objection or withdrawal of consent, where applicable. To protect the data subject, we may request enough information to confirm identity before fulfilling a request.
